Introduction to Store Operations

This course explores the importance and structure of Store Operations and the day-to-day tactical responsibilities of field-based Store Operations teams. 

By the end of the course you will understand: 

• the key concepts and trends in store operations
• how store operations departments are organized and the KPIs used to measure their performance
• how to feel confident talking to and asking questions of senior store operations executives
