Sales & Service Challenge - Level 1

This course will take around 30 minutes

An interaction based on you working in-store and both watching and listening to what's going on. To achieve a score of 100% you (the player) need to make the best decision at each stage, considering the key areas of focus in the store. You'll be scored on: sales, service, product knowledge and store standards.
